Date : 22.01. 2024 Heard Mr. B. Hussain, learned counsel for the appellant.

This is an appeal filed under Section 100 read with Order XLII, Rule 1 and 2 CPC, against the judgment and order dated 02.09.2023, passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Morigaon in Title Appeal No. 4 of 2021 dismissing the said appeal and thereby affirming the impugned judgment and decree dated 12.01.2021, passed by the learned Munsiff No. 2, Morigaon in T.S. No. 25 of 2015.
