Date : 22.01. 2024 Heard Mr. B. Hussain, learned counsel for the appellant.

This is an interlocutory application filed under Order 41 Rule 5 read with Section 151 CPC, for stay of the operation of impugned judgment and decree dated 12.01.2021, passed by the learned Munsiff No. 2, Morigaon in T.S. No. 25 of 2015 and execution of the case, if any and stay of the impugned judgment and order dated 02.09.2023, passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Morigaon in Title Appeal No. 4 of 2021.

Issue notice to the sole respondent, by registered post with A/D as well as usual process, returnable within 4 weeks.

Steps be taken within 7 days.
