Considering the above, Smt. Manisha Karen Brown, Amicus Curiae, notified vide Notification No. 23 dated 18.04.2024 of this Court be appointed as Amicus Curiae for the said respondent No. 2/informant of the case.

Registry shall provide her with copies of all the necessary documents, including I.A. (Crl.) 1268/2023, by which the convicted accused has prayed suspension of the impugned judgment and order of conviction and sentence dated 31.10.2023 passed by the learned Special Judge (POCSO), Nalbari in Special (POCSO) Case No. 45/2021.
