Heard Mr. M. Talukdar, learned counsel for the appellants and Mr. S.P. Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.3.
This appeal under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 is directed against the judgment and order dated 05.02.2020 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhubri, in MAC Case No.174/2016.
It is to be noted here that vide impugned judgment and order dated 05.02.2020, the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhubri, has directed the respondent No.3 to pay a sum of Rs.7,20,000/- being the compensation in favour of the appellants with interest @ 8% per annum from the date of filing the claim petition i.e. from 05.07.2016 till realization.
Perused the memo of appeal and the grounds mentioned therein and also heard the learned Advocates of both the parties.

Call for the record.
Issue notice to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 by registered post with A/D and also by usual process within a week from today.
No formal notice is required to be issued to the respondent No.3, since Mr. Sharma, learned counsel has entered appearance and accepts notice on behalf of the said respondent. However, extra requisite copy of the memo of appeal be furnished to him during the course of the day.
