Heard Mr. I.U. Chowdhury, learned counsel for the appellant.

This is an appeal against the impugned Judgment & Order dated 22.09.2023 passed by the learned Special Judge, Bilasipara, Dhubri in Special (POCSO) Case No. 16/2020, by which the appellant has been convicted under Section 366 IPC and under Section 6 of the POCSO Act. The case has arisen out of Bilasipara P.S Case No. 648/2020.

Admit the appeal.

The appellant shall submit a scanned copy of the appeal to the Registry, who shall give the same to the learned Addl. PP, Ms. B. Bhuyan. The learned Addl. PP shall thereafter transmit the same to the OC, Bilasipara as the case pertains to Bilasipara P.S Case No. 648/2020. The OC shall give a scanned or hard copy of the appeal to the respondent No. 2 and submit a report thereafter.
