                                        ORDER

24-03-2023 Heard Shri L. Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioner though by means of this petition has alleged non-compliance of a judgment and order dated 24.05.2022 passed in WP(C) No. 4846/2020. By the aforesaid judgment, an amount of Rs.6,14,792/-(Rupees Six Lakh Fourteen Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Two) was directed to be paid as compensation alongwith the interest within a period of 3 (three) months from the date of receipt of the certified copy.

The learned counsel has also drawn the attention of this Court to a Page No.# 2/2

representation dated 12.08.2022 by which the respondent was requested to comply with the Court's order.

Issue Notice, returnable by 4 (four) weeks. Steps for service of notice upon the sole respondent be taken by registered post with A/D.
