Mr. S.I. Akand, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the impugned judgment and order dated 20.12.2022 passed by the Special Judge (POCSO), Kokrajhar in Special Case No.12/2020, by which the appellant has been convicted under Section 6(1) of the POCSO Act, 2012 should be set aside.

Admit the Appeal.
