In this petition, under Section 397 read with Section 401 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner has put to challenge the impugned judgment and order dated 01.07.2023, passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court No. 1, Kamrup [M] at Guwahati, in Misc. Case No. 128/2021.

Perused the petition as well as the documents placed on record and also the impugned judgment and order dated 01.07.2023.

Let the notice be issued to the respondent, within a week from today, returnable in 4 weeks, by registered post with A/D and usual process. Till returnable date, the petitioner shall continue to pay 50% of the amount i.e. Rs. 13,000/- per month to his minor daughter.

The registry to call for the scanned copy of the record from the learned court below and list the matter after 4 weeks.
