Heard Mr. S. Nawaz, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. This is an application filed under Section 378(4) of Cr.P.C., 1973 seeking leave to prefer an appeal against the judgment and order dated 07.02.2023

passed by learned JMFC, Kamrup(M) in C.R. Case No. 4477 3/2018, whereby the respondent is acquitted under Section 138 of N.I. Act.

Issue notice.
