                                        ORDER

11.05.2022 Heard Shri D Talukdar, learned counsel for the applicants, who by filing of this interlocutory application under Section 389(2) of the Cr.PC has prayed for suspension of the judgment and order dated 28.03.2022 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge (FTC), Darrang, Mangaldai convicting the applicants under Section 51(1) of the Wild Life Protection Act, 1972 and thereby sentencing them to undergo rigorous imprisonment for one year each and to pay a fine of Rs.1,000/- each, i/d 2 months each for committing offence under Section 51(1) of the Wild Life Protection Act, 1972 in Case No.32 (DM)19 (W/L).

Vide an order passed by this Court today i.e., 11.05.2022, the connected appeal has been admitted.

The sentence is of 1 year with a fine of Rs. 1,000/- and it is submitted that the applicants are on previous bail.

In view of the above, it is directed that the applicants be allowed to remain on bail on the same terms and conditions as imposed earlier.

The applicants are, however directed to render full cooperation with the investigation of the case and not to indulge in any activities detrimental to the same.

The interlocutory application stands disposed of.
