This appeal is directed against the judgment dated 23-09-2021 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Baksa at Mushalpur in connection with Sessions Case No. Page No.# 2/2
50/2020 convicting the appellant under Section 302 IPC and sentencing him to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life and also to pay fine of Rs. 2,000/- with default stipulation.
Admit the appeal.
Call for the LCR.
Since the State is already represented by the learned Addl. P.P. Assam, no formal notice is required to be sent in this case.
It would, however, be open for the informant/ victim to participate in this proceeding and assist the learned Addl. P.P. Assam, if so advised, with the leave of the Court.
