Since the connected appeal is admitted for hearing, the operation of the judgment and award dated 30.09.2016, passed by the Member, MACT, Bongaigaon in MAC Case No. 73/2010 shall remain stayed till disposal of the appeal, subject to deposit of 50% of the awarded amount in the Registry of the Gauhati High Court in next 30 (thirty) days.

The claimant will be at liberty to withdraw the aforesaid 50% of the awarded amount from the Registry of the Gauhati High Court after proper identification.

The IA stands disposed of.
