This appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 04.04.2022 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Goalpara in Sessions Case No. 114/2019, thereby convicting the appellant rigorous imprisonment for life and to pay a fine of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only), in default, rigorous imprisonment for 3 (three) months.

Appeal is admitted for hearing.
