This is an application under Order XLI Rule 27 of the Code for production Page No.# 2/2

of additional evidence at the appellate stage. Taking into consideration that the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of Union of India Vs. Ibrahim Uddin reported in (2012) 8 SCC 144, this Court shall take into consideration the said application at the time of final hearing of the connected Regular First Appeal.

Let the appeal being RFA No.138/2019 matter be listed for hearing in the month of August, 2022.
