22.02.2022 Heard Mr. A. Gogoi, learned counsel for the applicant/appellant as well as Mr. D.Das, learned Addl. P.P., appearing for the State/respondent No. 1.

By this application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, the applicant has prayed for condoning the delay of 81 days in preferring the connected Criminal Appeal Page No.# 2/2

against the Judgment and Order, dated 25.10.2019 passed in Sessions Case No. 30/2014 u/s 324/307 of the IPC by the learned Asst. Sessions Judge, Sonitpur, Tezpur.

Upon hearing the learned counsel for both sides and considering the grounds cited in the petition, the delay of 81 days is hereby condoned.

Registry to register the connected Criminal Appeal and list the same.

This interlocutory application accordingly stands disposed of.
