The instant appeal is admitted on the following substantial question of law :-

"Whether the judgment and decree of the First Appellate Court

suffers from perversity in not taking into consideration the report of the handwriting expert which had categorically opined that the signatures appearing in the hand note i.e. Exhibit 1 were not the signatures of the Defendant ?"
