Taking into consideration the judgment and award impugned in the instant proceedings and the fact that there was no policy or cover note issued by the Applicant Insurance Company, this Court stays the impugned judgment and award dated 28.02.2018 passed in MAC Case No.43/2008 by the Court of the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dibrugarh till the disposal of the appeal.
