Heard Mr. B. Sharma, learned counsel for the appellant. Also heard Mr. Bhaskar Sarma, learned APP for the State. This appeal under section 374 Cr.P.C. is preferred against the judgment and order dated 13.06.2022 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Charaideo in Sessions Case No. 37 (S-C)/2014, thereby convicting the appellant under section Page No.# 2/2

304 Part II of the IPC and sentencing him to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of 3 (three) years and to pay a fine of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) only in default has to undergo further simple imprisonment for 1 (one) year.

Appeal is admitted for hearing.
