Session Judge No. 2, Kamrup (M) by which the Criminal Appeal preferred by the present petitioner has been dismissed. The appeal was preferred against a judgment

dated 24.03.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1 st Class, Kamrup (M) in

CR Case No. 1463c/2016, by which the appellant has been sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for 6 months and to pay a fine of Rs.15 lakhs and in default to Page No.# 2/2

undergo simple imprisonment for another 1 month.
