Heard Mr. A.R. Agarwala, learned counsel appearing for the appellants as well as Ms. R.D. Mozumdar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 1/ Oriental Insurance Company.

This is an appeal under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 against the judgment and award dated 11.08.2015 in MAC Case No. 97/2013 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Goalpara.

The appeal is admitted for hearing.
