07.01.2021 Heard Ms. R.D. Mozumdar, learned counsel for the appellant. By this appeal under section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, the appellant has assailed the judgment and award dated 15.03.2016 passed by the learned Member, MACT, Nagaon in MAC Case No.463/2008.
