Heard Mr. H. Das, learned counsel for the applicant.

By this application, the applicant has prayed for impleadment of the present Commissioner and Secretary to the Government of Assam in the Higher Education Department as party respondent in the connected Cont.Cas(C) No.121/2020, which is pending for disposal.

The applicant as petitioner already preferred the connected Cont.Cas(C) No.121/2020 for non-compliance of the judgment order dated 22.08.2019, passed by the Court in WP(C) No.7815/2018, wherein he impleaded the Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Assam in the Higher Education Department, who is no longer continuing in that post. It is also brought to the notice of the Court that the applicant has already filed an application before the present Commissioner and Secretary to the Government of Assam in the Higher Education Department on 03.12.2020 informing him about the said order dated 22.08.2019, passed by the Court in WP(C) No.7815/2018 as well as about the pendency of the connected Cont.Cas(C) No.121/2020.

Considering such submission of the applicant, he is allowed to implead the present Commissioner and Secretary to the Government of Assam in the Higher Education Department as party respondent in the connected Cont.Cas(C) No.121/2020.

With the above observation, this I.A.(C) stands allowed.
