Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

The appeal arises out of the judgment and order dated 09.01.2020 passed by Page No.# 2/2

the learned Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Dibrugarh in Sessions Case No. 374/2013, whereby the appellant was convicted under Section 302 of the IPC and sentenced to rigorous imprisonment for life and fine of Rs. 20,000/- with default stipulation.

This appeal is admitted.
