This criminal appeal u/s 374 (2) of the Cr.P.C. has been filed by the appellant, Nurul Haque, who has been convicted vide Judgment & Order, dated 07.12.2020 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bajali in Sessions Case No.201/2017 convicting the accused U/S 304 B of the IPC and sentencing him to RI for 7 years.

The criminal appeal is admitted.
