Heard Mr. N. Haque, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. R. Mazumdar, learned standing counsel for the Secondary Education Department, respondent nos.1, 2, 4 and 5 and Mrs. D.D. Barman, learned Additional Senior Govt. Advocate appearing for respondent no.2.

Issue notice returnable on 28.01.2022.

As all the respondents are represented, requisite additional copies of the writ petition be furnished to the learned State and Departmental counsel in course of the day today.

The writ petitioner seeks relief similar to judgment dated 09.11.2021 passed in WP(C) 345/2021. Accordingly, the respondents shall file their affidavit- in-opposition at least 2 (two) days prior to the next date of listing.

As an interim measure, the respondents shall not fill up 1 post of graduate teacher in provincialised high school or higher secondary school in SC category, without prejudice the employment advertisement, if any, which may have come prior to the date of this order.
