By way of this application under Section 397, read with Section 401 of the CrPC, the petitioner/husband challenges the order and judgment dated 09.02.2021, passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Dhubri, in FC (Crl.) Case No.179/2019, whereby direction to pay maintenance @ Rs.9,000/- per month has been made.

Heard the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

Let notice be issued to the respondent/wife by Regd. Post with A/D as well as by usual process, returnable in three weeks.

Call for the scan copy of the LCR.

On the next date, the petitioner will produce his salary certificate.

As an interim measure, till the returnable date, the petitioner will pay maintenance @ Rs.6,000/- per month to the respondent wife.
