2. Petitioner has not been recommended, as petitioner has got marks lower than the person, who has been recommended.

3. We also notice from the result that between the person recommended and the petitioner, there are several other candidates, who have scored higher marks than the petitioner, so even if the case of the petitioner was accepted in toto, petitioner does not qualify.

4. Thus, we are of the view that no further orders are called for in the petition. The petition is accordingly dismissed. The pending application also stands disposed of.

5. It is, however, clarified that this would without prejudice to the claim of the petitioner for regularization being made in W.P.(C) 12739/2022.

6. The result, which has been produced in a sealed cover has been returned to Mr. Naresh Kaushik, Advocate, after perusal.
