1. In view of the settlement between the parties and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Impleadment is allowed without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties.

3. Petitioners in this petition had sought recall/suspension/waiver of the licence fee sought to be charged by respondent No.3 from the petitioners, who are inmates of the hostel facilities provided by the respondent No.3 at the All India Women Conference at 6, Bhagwan Das, Road, New Delhi.
4. It was contended by the petitioners that full licence fee and mess charges could not be charged by the respondent No.3 in view of the fact that petitioners had to leave the accommodation in view of the lockdown and pandemic.
5. Parties were referred to mediation. Parties have settled their disputes through the process of mediation and entered into the Settlement Agreement, though undated, but signed by the mediator on 23.10.2020 after being confirmed by the parties by their respective e- mails dated 22.10.2020. The Settlement Agreement is taken on record.
6. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 3 that in terms of the settlement all agreed amounts have been paid by the petitioners and accordingly now there are no claims against the petitioners.
7. Learned counsels for the parties submit that all disputes between the parties have been fully and finally resolved and accordingly, no disputes are now surviving.
8. The petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement.

9. In view of the settlement between the petitioners and respondent No. 3, the issue of maintainability of the petition is left open.
