1. This public interest litigation has been preferred with the following prayers:-

"It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that in the light of above facts and circumstances, your Lordship may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus thereby directing the respondent to arrange the facility of the Testing Lab and other Samples collection facility of CORONA disease for the advocates and other judicial officers and their staff within the court premises for the welfare of the advocates and other judicial officers and their staff, in the interest of justice."

2. It is submitted by the petitioner, who appears in person, that a representation dated 8th June, 2020 has also been preferred by him, which is at Annexure P-1 of the memo of the writ petition, for setting up of a testing laboratory and sample collection facilities in the Court premises.

3. Having heard the petitioner in person and the learned counsel for the respondents and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct that the concerned respondent authorities shall decide the aforesaid representation dated 8th June, 2020 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, rules, regulations and government policies applicable to the facts of the case.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
