JUDGMENT
BRIJESH SETHI, J (ORAL)
1. Quashing of FIR No. 523/2019, under Sections 308/341/34 IPC,
registered at police station Nangloi, New Delhi is sought on the ground
that the matrimonial dispute stands amicably settled between the parties.
2. Notice. Learned ASC accepts notice.
3. All the petitioners and respondent no. 2 are present in the Court
and they have been duly identified by Investigating Officer of this case.
4. It is submitted by both the parties that the dispute between them
has been amicably resolved and now they have no grievance against each other and therefore, the FIR in question and proceedings emanating there
from be quashed.
5. In view of the fact that both the parties have resolved their dispute
amicably, FIR No. 523/2019, under Sections 308/341/34 IPC, registered
at police station Nangloi, New Delhi and proceedings emanating there
from, are hereby quashed qua petitioners.
6. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
