1. Learned counsel for the appellant (original petitioner) seeks permission to withdraw this appeal as well as W.P.(C) 8067/2015, as this appellant (original petitioner) wants to prefer a representation before the respondents for purchase of a small strip of land which is adjacent to her plot i.e. at M-44, Kalkaji, New Delhi.
2. We have heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents submit that they have no objection if a representation is preferred by this appellant (original petitioner).
4. In view of this limited submission, the W.P.(C) 8067/2015 as well as LPA 747/2019 are permitted to be withdrawn.
5. Hence, the order dated 30th August, 2019 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) 8067/2015 will not come in the way of this appellant as and when he prefers a representation before the respondents for purchase of the property as narrated hereinabove, and also in the memo of this appeal.
6. As and when such representation is preferred by this appellant before the respondents, the same will be decided by the respondents in accordance with law, rules, regulations and Government policies, applicable to the facts and circumstances of this case.
7. The decision will be taken by the respondents without being influenced by the order dated 30th August, 2019, passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) 8067/2015.

8. In view of the disposal of the appeal, these applications are also disposed of.
