CRL.M.C. 1457/2018

1. The petitioner seeks a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner before the Trial Court.

2. The petitioner in the subject proceedings, being the original complainant, has filed a Protest Petition opposing the Closure Report filed by respondent No.1 in R.C.No.13(S)/2012/PS/CBI/SC-I/ND dated

21.09.2015.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the pleadings are complete in the protest petition and the next date fixed is 12.07.2018.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the Central Bureau of Investigation has no objection to the expeditious disposal of the subject application.

5. Accordingly, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the petitioner's protest petition on the next date and in case for any reason it is not possible to dispose of the same on the next date then to dispose of the same preferably within a period of six weeks from the said date in accordance with law.

6. It is clarified that this Court has neither examined nor commented upon the merits of the application or the defence of the respondent. The Trial Court is directed to dispose of the application without being influenced by anything stated in this order.

7. The Petition is accordingly disposed of.

8. Order Dasti under signatures of Court Master.
