JUDGMENT

1. The petitioner seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 549/2017 under Sections 354/506/323/341/34 of the IPC, Police Station Hari Nagar, Delhi.
2. The allegations against the petitioner are that the petitioner along with some of his friends stopped the complainant while she was going from her house to study tuition and thereafter stated that she was the one who was instrumental in breaking the petitioner's relationship with another girl. He is alleged to have abused her and thereafter slapped on her hip and also twisted her hand when she wanted to make a phone call. It is alleged that earlier also he had followed her.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as there is heartburn between father of the complainant as well as the mother of the girl who is referred to in the FIR. He further submits that the petitioner who is aged 21 years has been in custody since 18.12.2017. He further submits that even the basic ingredients of the offences under which the petitioner has been charged are not made out. He further submits that the petitioner is willing to be put to terms.
4. Without commenting of the merits of the case and keeping in view of the totality of facts and circumstances of the case and on perusal of the records, I am of the view that the petitioner has made out a case for grant of bail.
5. Subject to petitioner furnishing a bail bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- alongwith a surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, the petitioner shall be released on bail, if not required in another case. The petitioner shall not do anything, which may either prejudice the trial or the prosecution witnesses. The petitioner shall not make any endeavour to contact the complainant or her family members.
6. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
