1. Mr. Kaushik, learned counsel for the respondent No.3/UPSC submits that a batch of transfer petitions filed by the Union of India before the Supreme Court were allowed vide order dated 29.03.2017, with a direction that all cases pending before the different High Courts/Tribunals or matters of similar nature be transferred to the Supreme Court forthwith. A copy of the order dated 29.03.2017 handed over by the learned counsel for the respondent No.3/UPSC, is taken on record.
2. In view of the aforesaid position, the Registry is directed to retain a digital copy of the present petition and transfer the record thereof to the Supreme Court, as per the procedure prescribed.
3. The petition is disposed of along with pending applications.
