1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made all compliances with regard to the deficiencies pointed out by the designated officer except installation of hands free taps and chimney.
2. Learned counsel submits that for both the above requirements, orders have been placed and the same are likely to be installed within one week from today.
3. Further, it is contended that subsequent to filing of the petition, a notice dated 22.02.2017 was pasted on the premises of the petitioner contending that a video clip was viral on the social media alleging that the activity of kneading of Atta by feet by one of the workers of the petitioner was being undertaken. It is submitted that the alleged video clip, does not in any manner show the activity of kneading of Atta.
4. Captain Arun Chopra, Director of the petitioner - Company is present in Court and undertakes that the above referred two deficiencies would also be rectified within a period of one week from today. The undertaking is accepted.

Learned counsel for the respondent under instructions from the Designated Officer submits that premises of the petitioner was inspected on 20.08.2017 and it was found that the petitioner had complied with the requirements, as indicated by the designated officer except for the above two referred issues. She submits that the designated officer has found substantial improvement and is of the view that appropriate compliances have been done by the petitioner.
6. With regard to the video clip, it is contended that no such issue was found at the time of any of the inspections carried out by the designated
officer. It is submitted that during the inspection on 20.08.2017, a dough kneading machine was found installed in the premises. Status report along with CDs produced, the same is taken on record. The Registry is directed to upload the digital version of the CDs and merge with the portfolio.

In view of the undertaking given by the petitioner as well as the status report filed by the respondent, that shows that the designated officer is satisfied that the petitioner has taken sufficient measures for justifying lifting of the Order of Emergency Prohibition, the notices dated 20.02.2017, 21.02.2017 and 22.02.2017 are recalled and the Emergency Prohibition Order is directed to be lifted.
8. The petitioner, however, would be bound to comply with the undertaking given and the respondent - designated officer would be free to carry out any further surprise inspections at any time, in accordance with law.
9. The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
