Counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as appropriate orders have already been passed by the learned District Judge, Saket Courts on 31.8.2016, directing transfer of CS(OS)No.2035/2014, from the Saket Court (South District) to the Saket Court (South-East District).

2. Accordingly, the transfer petition is disposed of, along with the pending application.
