4. Counter affidavit, if any, be filed within four weeks. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed before the next date of hearing.

5. After having heard Ms. Jaising, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner, for some time, and also, Mr. Jain, the learned ASG, it is thought fit that, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both parties, the following directions are issued. Both parties are agreed to the directions that this court intends to issue. 5.1 The Lt. Governor will deliberate upon order no. 260 and 261 of even date i.e. 25.05.2015 and, would thereafter, take a decision in the matter concerning posting of officers referred to therein. 5.2 In case, for this purpose, any information is required, the same shall be requisitioned by the Lt. Governor.
