CORAM
HON'BLE MS.JUSTICE HIMA KOHLI
HIMA KOHLI, J. (ORAL)
1. The present petition was renotifed on 09.01.2015 as none was
present on behalf of the petitioner. Same is the position today.
2. A perusal of the paper book reveals that the present petition
was filed as long back as on 24.01.2012, whereafter it was returned
by the Registry under objections on several occasions and it was
re-filed from time to time. The petition was finally re-filed on
03.11.2014 and yet again, the Registry had pointed out certain
defects and the petitioner was called to meet the concerned officer,
but the objections have remained pending. The petition has been
listed with the objections raised by the Registry.
3. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting
the present petition, which is accordingly dismissed in default and
for non-prosecution alongwith the pending application.
