Learned counsel for the State makes a statement that after completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioner.
In view of above development, this writ petition has rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with the observation that the interim order dated 28.03.2014, passed by this Court, shall continue till the submission of charge-sheet before the court concerned and no further.
