     03.   02.01.2014          This application was filed in the year 2010 for
                        grant of 15 days' time for making the payment as per the
                        order passed on 12.03.2010.
                               This Court vide order dated 12.03.2010 disposed
                        of the writ petition directing the Bank to take a decision
                        on the representation of the petitioner and rephrase the
                        balance amount subject to the petitioner depositing a
                        sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (rupees one lakh) by 31.03.2010.
                        However, petitioner failed to make the said deposit.
                               Since in the meantime more than three years'
                        have elapsed no further order is required to be passed.
                               The application is according dismissed.
