1. By a separate order passed today, the objections to the impugned

Award filed by the Judgment Debtors in OMP No.286 of 2004 have

been rejected by the Court.

2. Consequently, the Award dated 24th July 2004 is enforceable. The

parties will now proceed to take steps in accordance with the Award

and complete the requisite formalities within a period of eight weeks

from today.

3. List on 14th January 2013 for further directions.
