SURESH KAIT, J. (Oral)

1. Ld. counsel for the petitioner submitted that initially the petitioner sent communication dated 23.11.2009 to the Director of Education. However, the petitioner received no response thereto.

2. Ld. counsel further submitted that they sought some clarification from the school where he rendered his past services. In response to that, the school provided the requisite details of the petitioner to the Director of Education. However, till date no decision has been taken.

3. Since, the relief sought in the instant petition is still unresolved. Therefore, the petitioner recently sent another detailed communication on 07.04.2012 to the Director of Education with the prayer to release the benefits after counting of his past services render in Government School and Government aided school outside Delhi, because he took up his present assignment for computation of his terminal benefits.

4. Mr. Alok Gupta, ld. counsel for the respondents appeared on advance notice. He submitted that representation of the petitioner dated 07.04.2012 shall be decided within six weeks from today.

5. Needless to state that the Director of Education shall look into the judgment of this Court passed in WP(C) No.2233/2002 and the notification dated 24.06.1994 as mentioned in the above mentioned representation.

6. No further orders are required.

7. Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed of.

8. Dasti.
