After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks

to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order

before the tribunal by filing appropriate application for review on the

basis of the Standing Order No.398/2010, a copy of which is

produced by learned counsel for the respondent before this Court, on

the ground that the Standing Order No.398/2010 was not in the

knowledge of the petitioner before the Tribunal.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

All the pending applications are also disposed.
