Learned counsel for the petitioner after some arguments contends
that the plea regarding back wages was agitated on behalf of the
petitioner before the Tribunal, however, the Tribunal has not given any
findings in respect of back wages.
In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to
withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Tribunal to seek
review of impugned order.
The petition is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as
prayed for. All the pending applications are also disposed of.
