1. Instant petition is being filed from Jail.
2. Vide instant petition, petitioner has prayed as under:-
"Issue necessary direction to the Ld.Trial Court to conclude the trial on a day to day basis there by dispose of the same as early as possible."
3. I note, in the list of events and dates, it is mentioned that only first witness out of 25 public witnesses examined by the Trial Court on 06.05.2010 and none thereafter; whereas in para No.4 of the petition, it is averred that out of 25 witnesses on record, only 14 witnesses have been examined from the year 2009.
4. Learned APP submits that the charge-sheet has been filed only on 16.02.2010 and till then 14 witnesses have already been examined in the Trial Court. Therefore, there is no delay by the learned Court in course of trial.
5. No further order required.
6. Petition is dismissed.
7. It is expected from learned Trial Court to decide the matter expeditiously.
8. Copy of order be communicated to the petitioner through concerned Jail Superintendent.
