Since the Court has allowed the application under Order XII
Rule 6 CPC in CS (OS) No. 2356/2007 and has decreed the suit in
relation to vacation of the defendant and delivery of possession of the
suit premises to the plaintiff, the present application has become
infructuous and the same is dismissed.
