JUDGMENT
MANMOHAN, J
CM 6032/2009
Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions.
Accordingly application stands disposed of.
CM 6031/2009
1. Petitioner has filed present application seeking day-to-day
hearing of her divorce petition being HMA No. 426/2007.
2. I may mention that present application has been filed in a
disposed of matter wherein petitioner had prayed for a similar
relief. The present petition had been disposed of by this Court on
1st February, 2008 with the observation that considering the
docket explosion in Courts such a direction could not be granted.
However, trial judge was directed to try and expedite the disposal
of petitioner's petition.
3. Keeping in view the fact that more than an year has elapsed
since the order was passed by this Court, I direct trial court to
dispose of petitioner's divorce petition being HMA No. 426/2007
as expeditiously as possible, preferably by 30th September, 2009.
4. With the aforesaid observations, present application is
disposed of.
