* An amount of Rs.1,14,162/- after deducting TDS has been given
by cheque dated 1st April, 2009 drawn on Axix Bank Ltd in favour of
decree holder. The learned counsel for the judgment debtor states that
the TDS certificate shall be delivered to the decree holder within 12
weeks after giving of PAN number by the decree holder within one week.
In view of the amount paid by the judgment debtor to the decree
holder and the representation made by the judgment debtor that the
TDS certificate shall be given to the decree holder, no further orders are
required.
The decree stands satisfied. The execution petition is disposed of.
All the pending applications are also disposed of.
