By order dated 26th May, 2008 the anticipatory bail has

already been granted to the petitioner subject to his furnishing a

personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of like amount

to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. The matter was also

referred to Delhi High Court Mediation Centre. Report dated 5th August,

2008 has been received indicating that the mediation between the

parties have failed. No further orders are required in the facts and

circumstances.

The petition is disposed of.
