1. In view of the judgment passed in FAO(OS) 462 of 2001, quashing and setting aside the impugned order dated 8.10.2001 passed by Hon'ble J.D. Kapoor, J. in IA No. IAs Nos.11137/98, 4120/2001, 5547/2001 & IA 38007/99 in S.No.1394/96, and for the same reasons as detailed therein, the present appeal (FAO (OS) No.492/01) is dismissed leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
